What is DASK?;
DASK is a modern digital platform designed to connect local producers, tourism professionals, and visitors to our islands. Our goal is to promote a model of sustainable development that strengthens the local economy, while always respecting the environment and tradition.
What we make & What we offer:
- Digital Marketplace for Local Products We give a voice and a platform to the producers and cooperatives of our islands. Through our online catalog, the treasures of Kytherian land – the world-renowned thyme honey (recognized by UNESCO), virgin olive oil, traditional fatourada, rusks, and herbs – become easily accessible to everyone interested.
- Authentic Experiential Travels (Agritourism) We connect visitors directly with the land and its people. Through the platform, one can discover and book unique activities: from grape harvesting, olive picking, and beekeeping tours, to traditional cooking classes and hiking.
- Falco eleonorae – Your Digital Assistant: Inspired by the Eleonora's Falcon (the emblematic falcon that nests on Antikythera), the Eleonora's falcon is a sophisticated artificial intelligence (AI) assistant. It is available 24/7 in Greek and English to immediately answer any questions regarding crops, traditional practices, island products, or routes.
